ACG celebrated New Year Eve at Kafe Muzium on 31 December 2012. The first time ever where the Textile Museum opens until midnight with compliments from KP (Ketua Pengarah Museum).
While you are walking towards the National Textile Museum / Dataran Merdeka, there are stalls selling foods, neon glow stick light, blinking headband with cute cartoons, etc along the road side.
We are blessed as we celebrated our New Year eve at Kafe Muzium & thanks to KP for allowing us to party from 8 p.m. until midnight. The best of all, there was a band too.
While we enjoyed the band, we danced, ate & chit chatted.
With Textile Museum staff. too. Thanks!
And enjoyed, solo performance by some of our guests too!
The buffet was delicious with healthy food spread. Also served with the local fruits - pulasan, manggis (mangosteen) & duku langsat.

Some of the food on our plate (bottom)
Curly lettuce, sambal hee bee, tuna spinach bake, french village bread, fruit salad with yogurt
Thanks to Kak Latifah (Kafe Muzium) & Jane (our pres.) for organising & preparing the supper spread
Around 11:45 p.m., we proceeded to the balcony at 1st floor to enjoy the fireworks show which was right in front of Textile Museum. It was relaxing to watch firework show here - ample walkway!
When the clock struck 12, the fireworks show started.
It was an enjoyable night with family & friends around to bid farewell to the old year and welcome in the new year - Happy New Year 2013!
